Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we are a private centre and operate strictly by appointment only. This ensures you have the team's undivided attention. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays, to secure your preferred date. We do occasionally have last-minute availability, so please contact us if you're looking for a short-notice experience.

What happens if it rains?

Falconry is an outdoor pursuit. We fly in most weather, but extreme wind or torrential rain can be dangerous for the birds. If we need to postpone, we will call you as early as possible to reschedule your session.

What should I wear for my experience?

The moorland terrain can be uneven and muddy. Sturdy walking boots or wellies are essential. We recommend layers and waterproofs—Yorkshire weather can change in minutes!

How do I redeem my voucher?

To book your experience, or use your Monetary Gift Voucher, please contact us directly. We will check availability and help you find the perfect date for your visit. Please have your voucher code ready when you get in touch.

Can I take photos and videos?

Absolutely! We encourage you to capture your memories. Your falconer will often help position the birds to ensure you get the perfect shot.

Do you allow dogs?

To keep our birds calm and safe, we strictly do not allow dogs at the centre or on the flying ground, even if left in your car.

How many people can come with me?

Due to us being a private centre we need to account for how many people are attending, so if you need to add additional people to your voucher, please contact us. We recommend a maximum of 6 guests per session to ensure everyone gets a hands-on experience. If you have a larger group, please contact us to discuss options.

Is there public transport nearby?

Public Transport is fairly limited, we do have a bus stop in Oxenhope, but it is a 30 minute walk from the centre. We recommend driving or using a taxi service for the most convenient access to our location. In some cases we are able to arrange a pickup from Keighley train station or Oxenhope bus stop — please contact us in advance to check availability.

Do you allow spectators?

Spectators are welcome to join your private experience but must be booked in advance. To maintain the exclusivity of our sessions, we do not allow outside spectators to join other guests' bookings.
